MBA from Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa Canada and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Punjab University. Earned several acclaimed certifications from international bodies including SPHRi, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-SCP. In 1980, started corporate career with Saudi Arabian Airlines in the domains of HR, Information Technology, and Business Process Reengineering. In Pakistan, completed several consulting and training projects for international organizations, the public and corporate sectors.
